The Chicken Stuffed Tortilla recipe is one of my favorites because it is so versatile. Formally known as "Stuff" to my family and friends, this recipe has taken many forms over the years. If you want to sneak healthy things such as mushrooms or avocados in the recipe, all you have to do is puree them and stir them into the mix.

A 12-inch flour tortilla may contain about 300 calories with a larger number of carbohydrates than three cuts of bread.
